The infra-red saunas at Anisha have been a blessing on many levels. Most importantly, they made quick work of a painful bout of bursitis- two sessions left me virtually pain-free and also helped heal some very sore muscles. I have also used the saunas while in good health and each time have left feeling refreshed and relaxed.
